Questions, answered.
What runtimes do you support?
Node.js, Python, Java, Bun, Deno, Go, Rust, C# (.NET), Dart, Elixir and Lua (Luvit). You choose your runtime at checkout. That covers discord.js, discord.py, JDA, Javacord, Discordia and most other Discord libraries.
Do I need a card to sign up?
No. Creating an account is free. You only pay when you create a server.
How fast is setup?
Your server is provisioned automatically as soon as your payment clears. No tickets, no waiting on a person.
What if my bot crashes?
It's restarted automatically, so your bot comes back online without you having to log in.
Can I run more than one bot?
Yes. With MultiBot, put each bot in its own folder: it starts them all, installs their dependencies and restarts any bot that exits after 5 seconds.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Add vCores, RAM or storage any time.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards, processed securely by Stripe.
What happens if I don't renew?
Your server stays online for 3 more days while you pay. After that it's suspended for 4 days, during which you can still download your files and backups. Then it's permanently deleted. If you cancel instead, your server runs until the end of the paid period and you get 7 days to download your data.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes: a full refund within 2 days of a first-time purchase. See the Refund Policy for the details.
Is my data isolated?
Yes. Each server runs in its own Docker container, and you reach your files through the web file manager or SFTP.
