1. Permitted Use

CloudCord services are intended exclusively for hosting Discord bots and related applications using Node.js, Python, or Java. All usage must comply with Discord's Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension or termination:

  • Cryptocurrency Mining: Mining any cryptocurrency is strictly forbidden.
  • DDoS / DoS Attacks: Launching or participating in denial-of-service attacks.
  • Port Scanning: Scanning or probing other networks or systems.
  • Spam: Sending unsolicited messages or Discord messages in bulk.
  • Malware: Hosting, distributing, or developing malware, viruses, or ransomware.
  • Phishing: Creating fake login pages or deceptive content to steal credentials.
  • Token Grabbers: Hosting or running Discord token grabbers or credential stealers.
  • Raids/Nuking: Using bots to raid, nuke, or mass-attack Discord servers.
  • Illegal Content: Hosting any content that is illegal under applicable law.
  • CSAM: Any child exploitation material results in immediate termination and reporting to authorities.
  • Proxy/VPN/Tor Services: Running proxy, VPN, tunneling services, or Tor nodes.
  • Resource Abuse: Intentionally consuming excessive resources to degrade service for other users.
  • Web Hosting: Using the service as general web hosting.

3. Monitoring

We employ automated monitoring systems to detect prohibited activities including cryptocurrency mining, port scanning, and DDoS tools. We also reserve the right to manually inspect servers when abuse is suspected.

4. Reporting Abuse

If you become aware of abuse on our platform, please report it to [email protected] with relevant details.

5. Enforcement

  • First offense (minor): Warning and 24-hour suspension.
  • Second offense or major violation: Immediate termination without refund.
  • Criminal activity: Immediate termination, no refund, and report to law enforcement.

6. Appeals

If you believe your account was suspended in error, contact [email protected] within 7 days.
